Do you know you can set your shipping rates and fulfill your orders as a vendor without using Stermart Marketplace shipping services?
All you have to do is send us a direct message from your store dashboard or send an email to email@example.com with your store details and shipping rates and if approved automatically, we will disable Stermart Shipping rates from showing up when a customer want to place an order from your store and only your shipping rates will apply.
When you receive an order, all you have to do is go to ‘Orders’ tab on your store dashboard and click on it, you will see a list of orders placed in your store.
Click on the Order you want to fulfill, go to the right hand side where you have the different icons under the ‘Actions‘ field, you would see a delivery truck icon like this labeled ‘Mark Shipped‘, click on it, fill in the ‘Tracking Code‘ and ‘Tracking URL‘, then click ‘Submit‘
An email will be sent to the customer with the tracking code and tracking URL that was filled in the form shown above. Below is the image of the invoice received by the customer.
Lastly, go to ‘Orders‘ tab, click on the order to open it, change ‘Order Status‘ to Completed as shown in the image below, then you click UPDATE. And your order is completed!
And that’s it!
