Do you know you can communicate directly with Stermart support team from your store dashboard as a vendor?
Here is how to go about it.
First you go to your store dashboard, click on the notification bell as shown in the image below;
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then you will see the image shown below. Here you can type your messages in the text box, upload images by clicking on Add Media, then click SEND after you are done. And that’s it!
