Garcinia Kola

Garcinia kola, often known as Bitter kola, is a flowering plant found mostly in the tropical rain forest region of Central and West Africa. African fresh Organic BITTER KOLA (Garcinia Kola). Very good for the body and source of over 100 types of Vitamins. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. The nut which is about 3-5 cm in length has an ellipsoid shape. A brown to deep brown peel covers it. This peel is removed before it is eaten.
