    • Add 2 cups of dried hibiscus flowers to 4 cups of water
    • Bring to a boil,  reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 
    • Remove from heat.  Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.
    • Strain into a pitcher.
    • Add remaining 4 cups of water and sugar to taste.
    • Serve chilled over ice.
