Shipping Policy
Follyjaystoreafricanstore ships within USA. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excl. weekends, holidays) after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package to ensure timely receipt of product. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Refund Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their items, that is why we try our best to deliver GOLDEN services. Before every package leaves our facility, it is carefully checked, and we ensure that we do not send damaged or broken items to our customers.
There are no refunds/returns/exchanges for Perishable goods.
For non-perishable goods - Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. No refunds/returns/exchanges AFTER 7 DAYS.
If the product is damaged due to the removal or opening of the product, exchange or return is not possible even within 7 days of receipt of the product.
When returning a product, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the shipping company. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
