Follyjaystoreafricanstore ships within USA. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excl. weekends, holidays) after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package to ensure timely receipt of product. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Refund Policy

There are no refunds/returns/exchanges for Perishable goods.

If the product is damaged due to the removal or opening of the product, exchange or return is not possible even within 7 days of receipt of the product.
When returning a product, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
