Stermart offers 02 membership plans (Ster Basic & Ster Plus). You pay stermart commission fee associated with your membership plan.

Ster Basic Membership is always free and the commission fee is 15% of each sale. You pay commission fee only when you sell something, there are no other hidden charges.

Ster Plus Membership registration fee is $15/Month + FREE 3 MONTHS TRIAL. Commission fee in Ster Plus Membership is only 10% of each sale. You pay commission fee only when you sell something, there are no other hidden charges.

There are NO ANY OTHER OR HIDDEN CHARGES a seller have to pay to sell on stermart.

Stermart make payments to their vendors in there PAYPAL, STRIPE AND BANK ACCOUNT. Vendors can select their preferred payment method from their store settings. Once vendors select there preferred method, they fill the required associated fields to save their account details.

Following Documents are required to upload in Registration Form to get registered at stermart;

1. Govt. issued ID
2. Business License / Documents
3. FDA License

NO minimum balance is required to make a withdraw request.

There are no any charges for making withdraw requests. Its completely free.

As we offer 07 Days returns to our customers on non-perishable items, the minimum days required for vendors to make a withdraw request for completed orders is 10 days.
